Aroma: white peach 🍑 and banana 🍌 type aroma 😆.
Smooth mouthfeel but with a nice tingling gas 🎶.
The taste is full of umami, and then the supple acidity, which is typical of Bodai yeast, spreads juicily and finishes off 👍.
As expected of Mimurosugi, it is delicious 💕💕.
The third one is Akita's Black Ramen 🍜!
The burnt soy sauce was a nice saltiness 😆.
