I've been curious about this for a while.
Bunraku Reborn❣️
It's from the same brewery as Sairai 🍶.
The aroma reminds me of fresh green apple 😆.
Juicy sweetness and tartness💕.
Not quite lemon 🍋 but it has a refreshing and pleasant citrusy acidity 😋👍
There is a slight sense of gas, but none after the second day 💦.
The sharp acidity is a nice accent, and I can't stop drinking it 🎶.
Third, garlic 🧄 chashu pork 🐷 topping 🍜.
The soft noodles may not be to your liking, but I like this one 👍.
The gingery garlic and the slightly hard and chewy chashu are the best 😋🎶.
