When I found this sake, I thought it might be "unfiltered raw sake", but it was "raw". I thought it was "Nama" but it was "Nama"! I bought it with a grin on my face 😘.
Hirotogawa's winter sake is often delicious 🙏 I couldn't get the nigori, but I'm thankful I found this jungin nama 🙏.
The smell after opening the bottle is quite gorgeous😍It has a sweet smell but it feels fresh!
In the mouth, oh! An apple with lots of honey 🍎 Check it again!

It's sweeter than sweet, but it's well-balanced and has no cloying taste.
The lingering taste is a little acidic and sharp, so there is no lingering sweetness.
This is still a great Hirotogawa!
This sake is as good as or better than the same black labeled unfiltered raw sake 🤩.
