The other night, the first round of drinks was at a wine place (we had planned to go to a sake place, but couldn't get a reservation 🥲), so we went to a recommended stand-up drinking place for the second round and again had two sakes of sake. First, my favorite sake, Kangiku! I often drink the Occasional series, but for some reason I have not had much luck with the Ocean99 series. I often drink the Occasional series, but for some reason I don't have much luck with the Ocean99 series. Nagi Spring Misty, one of the spring sakes that is indeed too far ahead of its time in the sake world, which tends to anticipate the season. It has a beautiful light nigori color, just like a spring haze. The aroma is also moderate but refreshing, with an apple and pear aroma and a hint of gentleness, giving it a drunken feeling typical of Kangiku. The taste is also juicy and sweet with a fine tailing that gently envelops it. The mild yet firm sweetness that is typical of Kangiku can be felt to the fullest while the gentle gasiness is pleasant. Although this restaurant was a stand-up drinking counter, there were many young customers enjoying sake, which made me feel that the sake area is still going strong! I was happy to see that.

Hi Aladdin😄 Youth demand is an important factor for the future of sake 🤔. I hope there will be more Masamune that will be popular among young people like Nagi in the traditional Masamune area 🤣.

Good evening, Hiro 😃. The passion and power of young people is essential for the inheritance and development of sake culture. ☺️ In the Masamune area 😁, there are also new wave Masamune like Bike Masamune and I hope we can still expect the birth of new Masamune 😆.
