On the way back from TOMO's welcome party, we went to Hanshin Department Store just before closing time.
The tasting was already over, but I thought it was OK to buy it without tasting because I heard that Icoma Sake Shop and Yasubeyesan said it was delicious!

Long time no spell🧙.
I bought it because they used to release it as fire-brewed but now they are releasing it as a draft.
It's gorgeous but not too sweet and has a strong umami flavor. But I somehow feel Aizan's character.
I was pretty drunk at Nishinomiya Shrine and KITTE that day, so I couldn't drink as much as I would have liked at home💦.
On the third day, the gas is completely gone, but the sweetness has increased.
I also feel a little minerality.
On the 5th day, it has a little more character.
I think it has a strawberry-like flavor.

Good morning, bouken!
I love Aiyamazaru so much that I was ready to buy it when I visited the brewery, but I bought a limited edition of the brewery's draft and gave up on this one 🤣.
I thought it would be difficult to carry two bottles of the raw one on my trip 😅.

Hi Yasbay!
If there was a limited warehouse, I would choose that one 😁.
I'd like to have a draft, but when I'm traveling, I'll choose a fire-brewed one 😅.
Aisanzaru tastes better after a few days than freshly opened 😋.

Good evening, Ane-san.
They come to department stores in Osaka quite often, so please look for them when you go back home😊.
