Not so much a bouffant, but a shwash of bubbles comes out, so I hurriedly put it into my glass💦.
It's pretty bubbly and strongly carbonated.
Very close to sparkling wine, or almost sparkling wine 🥂.
Super Dry, not sweet or anything like that.
It is rather pungent and has a very strong sharpness.
So it can go with any food 🤗🤗.
It was delicious 😋😋😋.
