Suwa Gozo Sake Brewery Tour (4) My husband decided to buy something to drink at the inn after tasting the sake! 100% Shirakaba-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 16%. I was able to open it without any difficulty😊. A refreshing summer nigori with a soft rice sweetness and umami, slight acidity, and a nice sharpness. It was gone in no time 😆. In addition to this Jungin Nama Sake Natsuhonokou Jungin Yokobue Shirakaba Nishiki Junmai-shu Umeshu (plum wine made from Junmai-shu) It was easy to drink and was my favorite. ❣️ After the customers had left, the proprietress? She talked to us about many things. She is a very fun and friendly person 😊🙏🙏.

Pon. Good evening... Sake at a traveler's inn is a different kind of fun and delicious 😁. I've only ever had Yokobue, but it's a brand I'd like to try.

Hi, Kojo 🐦. Yes, extraordinary tastes good no matter what you drink 😆. I see you've tried Yokobue! The brewery also recommends plum wine, not too sweet and refreshingly delicious ❣️
