I only have Sunday off, so I had a drink on Saturday night 😋.
I've always been curious about Nabeshima since it's been mentioned a lot in the sakénowa thread. Mishimaya Sake Shop seems to have several varieties on permanent display 🧐.
When opened, the cork flies open with a bang😲.
Good aroma. Slightly effervescent. Not much acidity (I've been drinking a lot of high acidity lately, so maybe my taste buds have gone crazy).
It's sweet and robust.
I wonder if this purple is the basic one from the various postings.
I paired it with stir-fry today, but I think it would go better with Japanese food than oily food.

Our first Nabeshima was a green special pure! It's a classic, but it's delicious and I recommend it 🤗.
