I opened it because my fridge is panting 🙄. Sweet top-shelf aroma. I missed the timing and gave up but was able to buy it 😋 Chilli gassy, elegant and sensual sweet and tasty. It's crystal clear and disappears from the palate. It was the first time for me to taste Kangiku hi-ire, and it was so delicious. I'm jealous of the raw sake that was only available at Yajima Sake Shop. I'm assuming Ken Aizan is Aizan from Tokushima and not a new type of rice, right? This one is also manacled😇 The mana-chiri rate of kangiku is crazy🤣.

Hello bouken 😃 I'm not sure if it's a new variety or not 🤔I'm sure there are only 2 brands brewed in Tokushima, Collage and Kangiku, so it's very rare! I wish I could have tried it 🤤.
