It's been a while since I visited Tsudanuma Seven, while I dropped by Maruzen in Tsudanuma. It is a little far from JR Tsudanuma station, but I wanted to stop by, so I had no choice.
As usual, I was at a loss which one to buy, but I chose the "Saku" first. I had a memory of commenting on ma-ki's post before that "I also wanted to drink Saku after a long time" 😅.
I bought the IMPRESSION series because I was attracted by the concept of "fire-aged, but like a draft sake".
It made a nice popping sound when I opened the bottle for being fire-aged. Although there was no sense of fizz, it had a clear fruity taste and I groaned, "I didn't know it was this good..." etc. I think you can't tell the difference between the two, but the other drinks in the series were very good. I don't think you can tell the difference, but it made me want to drink the others in the series.
