Today we had a new sake from Mikotsuru... junmai dry orikarami 😀.
We got it last year too, so this is the second year in a row 😀.
Kaorin said it was too spicy for her when she got it last year, but this year she said it tasted good even though it had a strong flavor 🤣.
I wonder if this is the progress of her taste buds in a year 😀.
Kaorin said last year that this sake might taste better if it was heated up, so next time I'm going to try heating it up to lukewarm 😀.
