I went to Akashi Tai-no-Kura after reading Wan-Wan's post! It seems far away, but from my house, it takes about the same time as going to Hou in Sakai where we had an off-line meeting the other day 😁. It took less than an hour and I felt like a petit tourist! Actually, I visited the brewery 4 years ago, but I bought sake at the office-like place because the current direct sales place and tour facilities were still under construction. You can see the pot stills from the national highway and it's obvious that it's a brewery. I guess they want to appeal whiskey more than sake 🤔. I drank Special Honjozo Genshu Alcoholic stimulation comes with a bang! Same as the impression I had at the Kobe Hankyu event Junmai Ginjyo Fukunohana Nama-nazake More acidic and sweeter than Gohyakumangoku. Junmai Ginjo Gohyaku Mangoku Nama Genjyu Aroma is a little spicy with a strong acidity. It has a strong acidity and is a little spicy. It has a grassy flavor. It is not my favorite type of nama sake. Tako senbei (octopus crackers) were also included in the tasting. If you purchase, the tasting fee will be returned (the tasting fee will be discounted from the purchase price). I bought a bottle of Fukunohana Namazake from the tasting list!

bouken, it is nice to meet you! I had a chance to bring some sake to drink. I searched the Internet for a sake that tastes good at room temperature. Then I found Akashi-tai (sea bream). I was surprised to see that it is exactly what I was looking for! It's a delicious sake!

Good morning, Mr. Pekkaal ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. So you get Akashi snapper at room temperature and delicious 😳 I wonder if it has a reputation at room temperature 🤔 The honjozo tasted moderately like sake 😋.

Good evening, Pon-chan. It's near the station, but when you get off the pedestrian bridge from the station, you can't go out to the national road where the warehouse is located because it's a sandy beach 🤔. I was so excited to see so many big boats sailing around, which I don't usually see 😆.
