Today we drank at an izakaya where you can drink sake from all over Japan.
It has been a long time since I drank at a place other than my favorite yakitori restaurant or went out to drink at 7:00 p.m., which is around dinner time.
Since we were able to enjoy sake from all over Japan, we had a chance to try some rare sakes.
The first sake was Taiseki Shuzo's Honjozo Reimei Kami-Sen.
The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, it has a robust taste, followed by a smooth and bitter taste in the latter half.
I had an image of Awamori, so I imagined it to be more dry, but it was delicious, with a sake-like taste and a hint of sweetness in the last half.

Good morning, ma-ki-san!
I'm so glad you got Okinawa and Miyazaki, you are so close to conquering the whole country 😆👍I'm glad there are izakayas like this one! I guess I'll have to resort to drinking out in Okinawa too😅

Thank you, Pon.
I learned the joy of drinking sake from all over Japan when I met Sake no Wa 🎵.
I didn't even know there was sake from Okinawa😲.
I hope to continue to enjoy drinking a variety of sake 😊.

Hello, ma-ki-chan!
You have easily cleared Okinawa, which is considered to be the most difficult to conquer the whole country 😁.
I've seen your other posts, but it seems like you can conquer the whole country with just one restaurant 😆.
I'll have to go out and drink "Reimei" myself 😅.

Thank you, Gyve.
I really enjoyed 🎵 this kind of restaurant 🎵.
Drinking at home is fun, but drinking outside is also very energetic and lively in the space 😁.
It's also fun to drink sake that you don't know ✨.

Good evening, ma-ki-😄.
Congratulations on clearing the dawn 😁.
I like the idea of a restaurant where you can drink sake from all 47 prefectures in Japan! I'd like to try sakes from Okinawa, Kagoshima and Miyazaki too 🍶.

Thank you, Aladdin.
I also saw sugiz's post about stores with sake from all over the country and thought it looked fun 🎵 and that's how I ended up here 😊.
It was fun because you don't often come across sakes from Okinawa and Kyushu ✨.
