Hozasu of San-Do, opened on our wedding anniversary this year🎉I feel happy just to have my favorite San-Do and my first Hozasu 😊 (for me, it is a luxury bottle for everyday drinking).
Fruity and sweet aroma like white peaches, plus a moderate lactic acid yogurt smell. The low alcohol content makes it less alcoholic, and the yogurt-like acidity makes it easy to drink. The gas is strong and the freshness is emphasized.
There is no lingering aftertaste of bitterness or other unpleasant flavors, and it finishes cleanly.
Compared to the Yamadanishiki from the production area, I had the impression that the lactic acidity was stronger, but both are so delicious that it is hard to say which is which ✨.
