We had 🕊san's hiya-otoshi chilled.
The aroma on the nose is slightly apple-like.
It is dry on the palate, but the subtle sweetness and umami of the rice spread through the mouth, and the taste is crisp and clean.
The sharp and sharp sake in early spring is good, but hiyaoroshi is also delicious.
It goes well with sushi.
It was delicious 🍶💪.
