Next is Hachibei Sake Shop Hachibei Talkin Loud and Sayin Something by Motosaka Sake Brewery.
This is the first sake from the brewery we have had.
This sake is also a challenge tank of the "Hachibei Sake Brewery" brand using the Mie Prefecture yeast MLA-12, but this time, a different flavor direction was created through test brewing to create a "surprise in a glass.
Let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. There is not much aroma here either.
When you put it in your mouth, it has the same refreshing mouthfeel as Tamitsu.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, with a refreshing citrusy sweetness.
The bitterness of this sake is a little more pronounced.
In any case, it is a very easy to drink sake with a really refreshing fruitiness.
As usual, I can't describe the taste of the sake I drank, but I'm very happy to have had a very good sake today as well. ⤴️
