Tenbi 6 kinds of drink comparison (2)
From here, we compared the Junmai Daiginjos that were released every month with different sake rice 🌾.
We'll start with Akaban Omachi, of which we got the raw sake that was entered in CSW2023, so here's the review✨
It's schwarziness, a bit of savory and cherry-like sweetness that comes in a giggle and flows smoothly with a touch of sourness.
It's thicker than the fire-aged one I'll review later, and I think it smells a little nutty 🥜.

I was looking at the reviews of Akaban Yumachi and thinking how nice it was, then I found it in a liquor store and bought it right away 💡.
It's still fresh, but the taste is very strong and delicious ✨.
