Yokohama claim from today
Tomorrow I will have to use my head from early in the morning, so I decided to go to bed early and had a shumai bento and 🍺 (craft beer from Yokohama) at the hotel....
Then it was not over 😂.
I found some Omachi at Kitano Ace in Sakuragicho 😜.
I have no choice but to buy it since it's a sake brewer's yeast yeast and Yumachi 🤣.
I had it cold and it's very robust and dry from the umami-guchi taste.
It's a classic Junmai sake with a delicious flavor 😋.
This is the kind of sake you want to heat up 🍶.
