I was able to obtain this sake in early summer after asking Tsubu-chan for a distributor. It is said to be made with malic acid high-producing yeast.
It is a fresh sweet and sour sake. (*´∇｀*)
The aroma and taste are fresh, with a combination of aromas and flavors like plum and plum wine as well as apple. Since it is low-alcoholic, you will want to drink it gulping it down like a juice.
What is that? This is the same brewery as the last one I drank 🤔.
