I've wanted to try this sake for years. Thin and cloudy.
Slightly effervescent, slightly sweet and bitter. Juicy and crisp. I would like a little more sweetness.
I prefer Isun Heki's Sakura Yeast.

I'm happy with this year's spring sake as I was able to buy both Banshu Ikken and Raifuku 😊I personally wish I could drink Shiboritate all year round 🤣.
The light taste may be the key to feeling spring 😋.

I've been drinking only the Raifuku Kudamono series, so the regular line is sharp. I thought they were all gory and sweet 😅I'll try the cakes too 🍰.
