I have reached 600 check-ins. I am aware that I drink too much, but the pace has been quickening recently. I belatedly opened a bottle of AKABU's GALAXY, which I purchased in the fall. It was delicious as a 13° low alcohol sake with a strong effervescence, a refreshing ginjo aroma, and just the right amount of sweetness.
