Torai純米吟醸ブルー 復刻米マツマエ
まつちよ
This is another summer sake🍉.
I thought it was a replenishment of the Aomori component, but this sake was test brewed with Matsumae, a restored rice produced in Hokuto City, Hokkaido.
The top aroma is slightly fruity and sweet.
In the mouth, there is a beautiful sweetness and acidity.
As is typical of summer sake, it is quite crisp and has a dry finish.
It was delicious!

Hi Matsuchiyo 😃
I'm curious about Morai, since some liquor stores in Kansai have started to carry it 🤔Is it completely different from Jyobari?

Hello bouken 🌞.
Actually, I've never had a drink before so I can't compare 😅.
It seems you are doing a good job in sales.
I see it more often than Hato Masamune in Tokyo.

I just checked and it seems that the super spicy one from Toirai is more like the flavor of Jyobari 🤔 Hmmm, I don't drink super spicy one...

I've only had three of them, but there is one that is not dry, so if you want to drink that one, bouken, I guess it would be that one.
I just feel that they are still in the process of trial and error.
I wonder where it will settle 🤔.

Hi, Matsuchiyo 😃
I haven't tasted To Kai, but I see that the number of distributors has increased. There are so many varieties, so I guess they must be small breweries.
I'm interested in the super-hot one, but I want to drink the junmai first 😄.
