I've been to the Asano Sake Shop Hamamatsucho to compare the weird label sake 🍶.
We started with the first one on the left, "Au for postmortem saké".
The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of maturity.
In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness, a strong umami, and a beautiful acidity that is typical of No. 6 yeast, and it finishes with a crisp finish.
It has a strange label, but it is a slightly dry sake that tastes good in general.

Weird label sake, that's a compliment 😁I only bought a four-pack of shiso saba and haven't had it yet because I plan to enjoy it at home, so this was helpful: ☺️ I look forward to seeing more CI after this!

I haven't posted all of them yet, but aside from the labels, the perverted sake level was nothing compared to Okura and Hanaboe 🤣.
Shigosaba is like Shinmasa only with sourness 😆.
