After a day off from drinking on Thursday, we had Mutsu Hachisen on a Friday night.
At this time of the year, there is a parade of unpasteurized sake that comes out at a pace that my refrigerator and I cannot keep up with.
If I don't aim for some of it, I often find myself in the pattern of running out of sake, which often lowers the tension of the drink 😋😋.
Mutsu Hachisen's Natsu-Gin was delicious, so I'll have it with higher expectations 😋.
It's refreshing and gentle on the palate with a crisp finish 😊.
To put it simply, it's "delicious" 😅.
