[The 2nd Bishu Competition Tasting Event ⑥
Ishikawa and Toyama, also from the Hokuriku region, had a booth at the Bishu Competition in Hokuriku ✨.
Looking at the Toyama booth, I had to ask for it if I could drink it 🤣.
Kachikoma Daiginjo.
The sweet aroma of rice with a hint of alkaloids, the umami that flows smoothly through the body with a clean mouthfeel and a mellow sweet aftertaste from the sweetness of the alkaloids.
Yum!
I can't believe I can drink "Katsuma" for only 400 yen per ticket 😲and it's a daiginjo 😋!
Hooray for tasting events!

Hi Gyve, good evening. I'm so jealous that you enjoyed the sake party😍You drank a lot of alcohol that you don't usually get to drink, and it was worth the night shift 😊.

Sounds like a fun event 😀.
I also bought Katsuma today, but it's Honjikomi 😅 more than twice as good Daiginjo ✌️

Good morning, Mr. Jive.
A daiginjo from Katsukoma ✨.
The junmai sake we had in Toyama was very good, and this one looks delicious too 🎵.
I want to say yum!

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 🌛.
There were many award-winning breweries that did not participate in the tasting, but I still enjoyed a lot of sakes that I cannot drink normally 😁.

Good evening, @Mizuhashi-san 🌛.
I'm so jealous that you can buy "Katsuma" even if it's "Honjikomi" 😁.
One of the tasks I want to accomplish someday is to drink "Katsikoma" at home ✨.
