First sake in a week 😃😃.
Let's get right to it. The nose has a grain-like aroma with a hint of sweetness. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes after a hint of gas, and the moderate acidity and bitterness make the aftertaste refreshing. Reminds me of Okayama. ☺️
Serve with sashimi. It goes well with any sashimi, and the flavor of this sake became stronger 😄.
