I bought my first bottle of Jyuukyu at a liquor store in Ueda 😀.
The face is gentle 😊 on the palate, fresh & fruity with a beautiful mid-palate acidity 😋 I found it to be a full-bodied, umami and crisp sake 🥳.
The fourth one was a Gyoza🥟 Ramen🍜 at a local ramen restaurant in my neighborhood 😍Tantan medium hot half ramen and gyoza😇I felt it could be very hot🔥 even hot🥰.

I went to a sake shop called Miyajima that only sells Shinshu sake 😊They had so many brands and varieties of Shinshu sake that it was a real eye opener 🤩I've never had a Jukyu from them 😋 It was delicious!
