Among seasonal sake, spring sake is my favorite ❤️
So when I find spring sake from unexplored prefectures, I buy it 🎉.
And today it's Alabashiri Haruno Junmai Sake from Ippongi in Fukui 🎶.
I thought the label was cool, but when I checked it at home, this sake has 18% alcohol by volume😱!
And when I looked at the brewery's website, it's a very dry sake 😂.
I opened the bottle thinking that this was a bad sake for me, a self-proclaimed "dry drinker", and wondering if I had made a mistake.
What a surprise! Surprisingly, it has a deep sweet aroma 😊.
Once in the mouth, the clear, intense flavor and gentle sweetness spread out again 😘.
I don't find it hard to drink at all despite its high alcohol content of 18 degrees 🎉.
It's a bit dry, but it's so easy to drink that you don't feel it at all 😍.
I was not a fan of Fukui sake, including Kuroryu, but now I know what it is 😊.
I hope to meet you again 😍

Good evening, Chichi!
Have you gotten used to your home now that your eldest son has left and there are only 3 of you?
I thought Fukui was good for Kuroryu, but I was wrong.
If you find it, please come and try it.

Good morning, 3KAN4ON 🌞.
I like the idea of stepping through seasonal drinks 😆.
And this one 18 degrees and dry ‼️ sounds aggressive, but it's easy to drink. I will try it without shying away from my children!

Good evening, Joe.
I like spring sake and I'm currently buying it until my fridge is full, taking into account the space I'm allowed to have. I wonder how many more bottles I can buy next month when the summer sake comes out 😘.
