The final taste is sour and the bitterness lingers a little.
Under the umbrella of the Sake Capital Group, which includes Murasaki Uchu and Onogawa, a small group of people are brewing sake with the aim of revitalizing the brewery.
This time I drank Tentakataku, a rice rice from Toyama Prefecture, but I expect others in the future.
