Today I had a bottle of this year's Hakutensei from Tenbi, a sake brewery in my hometown of Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture 😀.
The new Tenbi is the result of the resignation of Mr. Fujioka at the end of last year 😀 We compared them with 寫楽さん and Ōbai Macho, both of which were opened earlier 😀.

I was expecting to drink the new Tenbi Hakuten, but to be honest, I didn't find it as spectacular as before 😅.
Today, 寫楽さん and 大盃さん are by far more delicious to my palate 🤣.
I have a bottle of Kuroten Hi-ire left in my fridge, which was the last brewed by Mr. Fujioka, so my final decision will be to compare it with the new Kuroten Hi-ire, but depending on the result, unfortunately there may be no more Tenbi in my hometown 😅.

A brewery in my hometown once went out of business, but with the support of local businesses, it has made a spectacular comeback, so I hope it will do even better 🙏.

I was so excited because it's an important sake in my hometown 😅.
I think I could have supported the new organization more comfortably if they restarted under a different sake name 😨.

In my case, maybe it's the added thought of it being a particularly local sake 🤣.
But it seems like I'd be happier to drink it as something different if they changed the name of the sake and started over pleasantly 😅.
