November finally arrived!
I used to drink a lot during the bubble period, but it's been a long time since I've had a drink.
Named after a famous quote by Lao Tzu
The highest good must be like water. Water helps and nurtures all things, it does not assert itself, it flows to a lower place where everyone hates it, and there it subsides.
I googled it and remembered it somehow!

The scent is clear and refreshing, and as the name suggests, it's like water.
On the palate, the sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are all moderate and clean and slushy.
You will never get tired of the taste.
It was a sake that tasted as good as water👍.
