On a business trip to Fukui
I visited the brewery and purchased it.
I have a memory of it.
I couldn't open the bottle because it was a waste...
(Because it is a champion saké.
For me, a beginner
I was too lazy to open it...)
After a year in the fridge, the bottle was finally opened!
(How long do you let it sit in the fridge?
Well, let's see what it tastes like...
Like an aged white wine
It has a sweetness that's not overpowering.
Or is it a firm sweetness?
If I were a human, I'd be in my 40's ^ ^.
(Calm, but still active)
Thank you very much!

Mr. Tawashi, nice to meet you. m(__)m
Welcome to Fukui😆
Kato Kichihei Shoten is located a little bit in the back, so I think it was difficult to get there. It looks like you had a good time with your memories 🎵.

I used to go to Fukui on business a lot back then.

Both are my favorite sake: ☺️

First time for you, Mr. Tawashi...
Thank you for your 👍 to the noise TL every time 😌.
I remember when I first started drinking sake, it had a very characteristic acidity.
When I traveled to Fukui, I stopped by the Tsuneyama brewery.

Thank you for your comment.
When it comes to sake, we tend to go to the Tohoku region.
But there are good sake in the Kansai area too 😋.
More specifically, all over the country 👍.
I'm still looking forward to making the rounds: ✌️
