I had never seen the raw version of Aizan, though I had seen the fire-roasted version, so I bought it at the Raifuku Fair at Asano Sake Shop.

Fruity and sweet delicious. Pitchy and fresh. I guess the second half fades out with bitterness.
I think there have been many Aizan wines that are a bit different, but I thought this one was a royal type of Aizan sake.

I think I might drink Raifuku more often that not Aiyama. Strawberry yeast or Sakura yeast.
It's good to drink some of the royal types and reaffirm that yes, I like the taste and have come to love it 😊.
