Kozutsuru is still wonderful. Even when it is cold, the brewing alcohol is made from rice and the umami is thick. It also has a shochu-like sensation. It has enough acidity. If it is heated up, the mildness and fragrance will be fuller. We drank a lot of it today during a four-hour bus trip special! If the price is cheap, you can drink it without worrying about it!
