I thought it would be sweet and sour, but I don't feel much sweetness, only clear and refreshing acidity.
I thought it would be slightly sparkling but no bubbles on the glass.
I wonder if it's because it's a fresh sake that it feels like it's a little bubbly 🤔.

I heard they use malic acid producing yeast (Association 77 yeast), so it tastes more like a cider than a white wine.
As the temperature rises, it has a bitter and tangy aftertaste, so when it's cold, you can't stop drinking it.
