At first sip, it tastes sweet, but strangely enough, it quickly cools down despite its sweetness.
My wife said, "Sake can taste so many different flavors.
I compared it with Taisetsu-kei, and it seemed to have more umami than yesterday's sake.
I guess the combination also changes the taste.
Also, this brewery has last year's snow-aged sake and unlabeled junmai unfiltered sake coming up. I'm looking forward to opening the bottle.
