I went to Fujimori-san for the first time in a while and saw it for the first time, so I bought it. Akane label "Autumn Agari".
It's a hiyaoroshi-style sake, and it's rare that it's unpasteurized.
I wish there were more of this style 🥺.
It doesn't say anything about it, but it seems that Murayusyu's raw is unfiltered raw 🤔.
It seems to be a special junmai, but the rice polishing ratio is undisclosed.
I'm not sure if the disclosure level is too low...
It looks like muscat. It's sweet, but it's pungent and has a strong alcohol taste. It's different from what I expected 🤔It's spicier than the regular Akane label I drank a while ago. I wonder if it would be better to wait a little longer after opening it?
The sweetness comes out when the temperature rises a little.
When the temperature goes up, the image goes from muscat to peach.
There is no wasanbon or cotton candy-like taste, but I can feel a little bit of sugariness.
It's not as sweet as the past Murayusuke.
I think it is sweeter if I drink it after leaving it in the refrigerator for a while.
After a few days, it gets sweeter, and I felt like it was sweet like brown sugar.

Good evening, Mr. Studying 🌃
It was difficult to write a review and I had to rewrite it many times💦.
I'm still not sure if my review is correct or not, so I'm looking forward to your review 😊.
