［The 6th drink 🍶 that I drank at Poziya.
The last drink we had was this one ✨.
Hakkaiyama Junmai Daiginjo Hyokushitsu Storage for 3 years.
Aroma of mellow and sweet rice, soft sweetness on the palate with a gentle aftertaste and a sharp acidity that leads to a gentle spreading sweet aftertaste.
Perfect for shime (Japanese rice wine).
The salt content was taken away by the decomposition of alcohol, so the salt ramen with its gentle flavor and richness was just the right amount of intoxicating!
［Whenever I come to Poziya, I almost always have about 6 drinks, so the number of reviews for this spot has skyrocketed 🤣.
