Continuation of yesterday's stove train
From Goshogawara to the last stop, Tsugaru Nakasato, takes about 40 minutes.
Both of those return trips were by stove train, and this is for the return trip.
I bought this at a supermarket in front of Ajigasawa station while we were on the Gono Line.
This is the sake of Ajigasawa.
As well as tamadaru, it is served with surume (dried squid).
From the label, I imagined it would have a robust flavor, but it is a crisp sake.
It is a sake that amplifies the flavor of surume with the acidity and sweetness of the sake, and then lets it go down quickly.
Local sake + local ingredients + stove train - perfect! Perfect!

Good morning, Manachie.
Looking around, there were quite a few bocce drinkers.
It will definitely make your drinks taste better. I recommend it.â
