亀の海純米吟醸 蝉しぐれ
くるま麩
Saku Sightseeing Part 1
The weather was so nice that I wondered where the rainy season had gone (too nice 💦), so I toured shrines, temples, and warehouses.
The first Kame no Umi was a summer sake called Semishigure.
Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Hitogokochi with a slightly low alcohol content of 13 degrees.
It has a refreshing lemon-like aroma with a crisp acidity and a full-bodied sweetness. ✨️
It goes in easily without any resistance...
This is the kind of sake that makes you drink too much of it!

Kurumafu-san Good evening, Pinkoro Jizo! and turtle sea! Saku is full of other fun places 😀 I like it, I like it. I want to go back. I have never seen this semi-shigure before. Is it limited to the brewery?

Good evening, Nochi-san! The Pinkoro Jizo place was beautiful with its colorful umbrellas and the other place, Teishoji Temple, was mysterious with its historical architecture and moss. ✨️ I don't think the semi-shigure I bought this time was limited... I heard there is a difference between fire-roasted and fresh...
