The color is yellowish.
The aroma is surprisingly mild.
It flows smoothly in the mouth and has a refreshingly sweet and mild taste, but after swallowing it, a sense of maturity spreads.
Only the aftertaste is classical at once, but it is not spicy.
It is an Ibushigin sake.
Ingredients: rice (from Japan), rice malt (from Japan)
