Second drink of the day 🍶.
Speaking of CHUIN, we have a new sake for you.
Today's sake is Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake.
The appearance is clear crystal with yellow tints.
The aroma is a sweet, gorgeous, fruity ginjo aroma based on the freshness of Shinshu Kamerei 🥰.
This is the one after all.
In the mouth, the first touch of refreshing light acidity is followed by a rich fruity sweetness. ☺️
The fruity acidity with a hint of bitterness and pleasant stimulation flows down the back of the throat and finishes with a sharp finish.
The lingering aftertaste is medium in length with a mild astringency, typical of nama sake.
It is sweet and gorgeous, yet refreshingly fruity.
Yet, overall, it is beautifully balanced without being cloying.
I still love 🐢 Hitokochi. ☺️
I would drink this kind of sake everyday 365 days a year 🍶.
Thank you for the treat 😊.

Hi Aladdin 😀
I just drank Hitogokochi at home the other day, but I really wanted to drink it again, so I ran when I found out that chuin has it 😀.
It's not easy to get, but I wish I could drink it every day 😀.

Good evening, Yasube!
I'm very thankful that chuin-san opens Shinshu Kamerei on a rather regular basis 😄I'm trying not to get caught up in one brand because I want to learn by drinking a lot of different sakes, but I like what I like 😁.
