Yesterday, on the last day of August, I received a line from the owner of my favorite yakitori restaurant with a picture of this sake, and I was worried about a typhoon, but the weather was calm again today, so I visited the restaurant.
So, the first drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant was Nabeshima Summer Moon by Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery.
It's been a while since I've had Nabeshima.
When I uncorked the bottle, it made a nice popping sound.
Then, let's have it right away.
The aroma is like a faint ginjo aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a refreshing sweetness - it was already delicious.
After that, you will feel a spiciness, followed by a soft bitterness that will finish you off.
It has been a long time since I have had Nabesama, but it is as delicious as ever, and I am very blissful.

Thank you for your comment, HinaHanaMama.
Thanks to the proprietor for the delicious sake and food ✨.
I learned about Nabe-sama from a yakitori restaurant, and I was convinced when I saw your evaluation of it at Sake-no-wa!
We hope HinaHanaMama will be able to lift the ban as well!
