Yokoyama Goju純米大吟醸 WHITE

Last week, I went to Kyoto on a shopping spree to buy 4 bottles of sake with many twists and turns 😊.
I went to two stores that Pon-chan told me about, Nishimura Sake Shop and Matsugasaki Grocery Store 😊.
I also found the sake I've been looking for on the Rakuten market, so I bought 6 more bottles, and now I have 9 bottles in my cellar instead of 8 😅.
I'll get to the details of my Kyoto shopping trip next time, but for now, I have to consume one bottle, right? （I'll have to consume one for now... (excuse to drink 😋)
Coincidentally, it's the same Nagasaki sake as the last "Fukuda", "Yokoyama Goju Junmai Daiginjo WHITE"!
When you open the seal, it has a fresh, slightly muscat-like sweet aroma, a clear sweet umami taste with a fresh and pleasant aftertaste, and a slightly bitter taste lingering in the throat after the aftertaste.
The sake was served with local horse mackerels and Nagasaki yellowtail.
This also happens to be a Nagasaki sake and side dish, the sweetness of Yokoyama that accelerates the flavor of the plump yellowtail 😁.
Nagasaki is a place that has a connection with the beloved Dr. Kazuhiko Ota, and there are many izakayas that I would like to go to, but haven't yet made it there, so tonight I thought about that and got completely intoxicated in Nagasaki 😆.

It was my first "Yokoyama" too, but when I bought it, I noticed it wasn't in hiragana 😅.
The aroma was quite subdued, so in a way it had a classical image 🤔.
