The second bottle of the day was Kangiku's seasonal sake!
Last year we just drank it outside, but this year we were lucky enough to capture it: ✌️
Let's get to it!
The aroma is juicy with a hint of pineapple and white grapes.
The aroma is a juicy combination of Pinappo🍍 and white grape
The sweetness of the Pinappo🍍 is as expected, but the bitter acidity of the grapefruit comes out and surprises me!
It's not a grape 🫨.
It's a multi-layered flavor that crosses these two together.
And of course, there is the tangy, shwashy feeling that only a draft sake can have: ❣️
It's still delicious 👍
