This will be the last sake I drank on the sake go-around day, even though it is a non-participating restaurant.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
The first sip has a sweet aroma with a hint of acidity and a mild sweetness.
We also drank Mutabu and Daisetsukei (3rd and 4th photos), but I think they were probably tasty because I left notes on my phone for only these.
By the way, I was sick the next day and slept 😌.
I'm glad I made it a holiday weekend😅.
