Gozenshu in Okayama: ❣️
Suddenly, a local liquor store in my neighborhood started handling it (lol).
I bought it because I saw it at Sake-no-wa too 🎶.
Omachi rice, which was created in 1859, and the "Bodai-Hashimoto" method of sake brewing, which is said to have originated in the Kamakura period.
It is brewed by Maiko Tsuji, the 7th generation brewer and toji (master brewer).
She is a female toji. ❣️
The aroma is relatively mild.
Freshness on the palate with a round, gentle mouthfeel.
Soft, clear mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness
Full-bodied and umami like Omachi, with a gentle acidity 😆👍👍.
The complex taste of astringency and bitterness that comes afterwards is unbearable. ❣️
It's so good!
The third one is the wind turbine 😉 and the sunset 🌇 at Akita Port.
Beautiful like the opening of a Friday Roadshow😍!

Hi T.KISO 😃It's great to see more sake being sold at the liquor stores we frequent.
It would be nice if the liquor stores I frequent would carry more sake 🤗I just had a Sandesi Gozenshu at a drinking iron, so I'd like to try it again 😋It's just like the Friday Roadshow 😆.

Hi T.KISO 🌅.
Gozenshu is a solid concept with Bodaihashiro and Omachi and I can feel your spirit👍.
It's really like a scene from ❗️ Friday Roadshow 🤣I can hear the trumpets🎺🎶.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄.
We have a store capacity, so some of them disappear as new handling increases 💦.
Hirotogawa is there for a long and thin! I hope it is (lol)
If you're an omatist, this is the drink you should be drinking: ❣️
