This is a check-in from the first time I received Tasake exactly one year ago 😋💕 so the label is also from last year.
The standard brand is a special junmai sake and the sake rice is Hanafukiyuki, but I got this junmai ginjo Yamadanishiki 😍I don't often see it at the local liquor stores, so when I saw this Nebuta Festival label, I jumped at it because it was so cool 😍 I haven't had any other tasake. I'm not sure, but it has a fruity aroma and a very well-balanced, robust flavor with a nice sharpness.
