Watafune No.2 is the father of Yamadanishiki.
It has a fruity melon aroma, not too sweet, with just the right amount of melon-like sweetness and citrus acidity to give it the freshness of a raw sake, and the lingering acidity is pleasant, like juice that is not too thick 😊.
It's my first time to try it, but I quite like it and it's delicious 😋.
Above all, it was double delicious with this quality and cosy ✨.
