I've been curious about this for a while and welcomed it. It's been a while since I've had Shiga sake🍶. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake mother rice: Watabune No. 2 produced in Shiga Prefecture Koji rice, Kake rice Yamadanishiki produced in Shiga Prefecture Watafune No.2 is the father of Yamadanishiki. It has a fruity melon aroma, not too sweet, with just the right amount of melon-like sweetness and citrus acidity to give it the freshness of a raw sake, and the lingering acidity is pleasant, like juice that is not too thick 😊. It's my first time to try it, but I quite like it and it's delicious 😋. Above all, it was double delicious with this quality and cosy ✨.
