Heating up the sake amplifies the richness of the flavor, but personally I prefer it very lukewarm.
Just enough to warm it up by hanging a flat sake cup over the hole in the sake warmer where you can put a bottle of sake.
I've been drinking Akizuka and Kozutsuru for a while now.

Toyama has a wide variety of fish from Toyama Bay, and the flavor is sublimated again by kombujime, which is wonderful.
